This plan provides the highest level of built-in attorney involvement, including litigation support, so your business has a legal team that can move quickly and stay with you through complex legal matters.

• $1,499 one-time signup fee (charged at enrollment)
• $10,000 trust deposit (held in your client trust account; replenished if used)

This plan combines compliance, contract support, strategy access, and certain litigation coverage in one subscription, giving your business consistent legal leadership and the ability to respond quickly when high-stakes issues arise—without having to stop and renegotiate the relationship every time something escalates.

How It Works

You’ll access your subscription services, billing, documents, and secure communication with our team through your client portal.

• Your subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically during your subscription term.
• Your included services are available based on the scope listed below.
• If you need services outside your plan, you can request them through your portal with transparent pricing and quick approval.
• Business Complete™ is designed to be your highest level of coverage; if you need more, we will discuss custom arrangements with you.

What’s Included

Core Compliance + Corporate Maintenance

Business Complete™ includes full corporate maintenance so your business stays in good standing and properly documented. Core compliance services include:

• Registered Agent service
• Annual report filing
• Annual LLC Operating Agreement or bylaws update
• Annual meeting minutes / resolutions
• FinCEN filings
• State business license renewals (Primary State)
• Local business license renewals (Primary Location Only)
• Corporate notebook maintenance

What this means for you: You don’t have to track deadlines, filings, or annual updates—your legal foundation stays current, compliant, and audit-ready.

Contract + Document Support

Business Complete™ provides built-in attorney support for the documents that shape your business. This plan includes robust drafting and review support throughout the year so you can keep momentum and make decisions confidently.

What this means for you: You’re not saving up “legal projects” until the situation becomes urgent. You have consistent drafting and review support built into your plan.

Ongoing Strategy + Attorney Access

Business Complete™ is designed for businesses that benefit from frequent strategy, direct access, and attorney involvement in day-to-day decision-making. Your plan includes:

• Monthly Online Legal Strategy Sessions
• As-needed phone calls with your legal team (prescheduled using your client-only priority link, based on our scheduling availability)

This allows you to:

Contractor and/or UCC Lien Filing

Business Complete™ includes built-in payment protection tools so you can act quickly when customers aren’t paying.  Each month, your plan includes one contractor and/or UCC lien filing.

Litigation Coverage

Business Complete™ includes dispute support so you can respond quickly when issues escalate, without needing to shift into hourly billing every time a conflict arises. Your subscription includes:

• One pre-litigation matter at a time
• One litigation matter at a time

Pre-litigation includes situations where a dispute has arisen but no lawsuit has been filed. This may include advising on next steps, writing or responding to demand letters, and helping you navigate disputes with customers, vendors, contractors, or other third parties.

What this means for you: You can get attorney support immediately when a conflict starts, and you can continue that support seamlessly if the dispute turns into litigation—all without having to renegotiate your relationship with your legal team in the middle of a high-stakes situation.

Tools + Resources Included

Along with attorney support, your subscription includes access to:

• Client Resources Access (educational materials and guidance)
• Skepsis Legal’s virtual lending library, where you can access a curated collection of ebooks and audiobooks from best-selling business and management authors—at no extra cost. New titles are added regularly.
• Preemptis™ — Skepsis Legal’s Early Lawsuit Notification System, giving you an early heads-up when a lawsuit is filed against your business—often before you’re caught off guard. (Not available in all courts and not guaranteed to catch every filing.)

What’s Not Included

Business Complete™ is our highest level of subscription coverage, but some matters may still require separate pricing depending on complexity, urgency, or scope. Examples can include:

• Large-scale litigation beyond the included scope in your LSA
• Trial work, appeals, certain discovery, or extraordinary dispute activity
• Specialized matters outside our firm’s practice areas or jurisdictions
• High-volume work that exceeds fair use for the plan level

If an issue falls outside the scope of included services, you will have transparent pricing and options available through your portal.

Optional Add-On: Multi-Entity Coverage

If you have multiple related entities, you can bundle additional entities under your subscription at a multi-entity rate that delivers exceptional value and saves you hundreds of dollars per month compared to separate subscriptions.

• $150 per month per related entity
• Requires 51% or more common ownership
• Services are shared across entities (not multiplied)

Other Important Considerations

Licensed Jurisdictions

Skepsis Legal provides legal services only in the jurisdictions where our attorneys are licensed: Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and California. This subscription is available only to businesses that meet at least one of the following criteria:

• The business owner(s) reside in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, or California;
• The business has an office or primary place of business in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, or California; or
• The business is formed under the laws of Idaho, Washington, Oregon, or California (regardless of where the owners or offices are located).

If your business does not meet at least one of the criteria above, please do not enroll through this website and contact our office before proceeding.

Conflicts + Ethical Requirements

All subscriptions and services are subject to a conflicts check and other ethical requirements. We may be unable to accept representation in certain matters even if you enroll through this website.  Your enrollment is also subject to your acceptance of all terms in our Legal Services Agreement (“LSA”) during the checkout process. If you do not agree with any of the terms of the LSA, you should not complete the checkout process.

Good Faith + Fair Use Policy

Subscriptions are designed for typical business matters at your plan level. Your subscription includes the services listed above, subject to reasonable scheduling availability and fair use. If your usage becomes unusually heavy or requires attorney work beyond the scope of our Business Complete™ included items, we will discuss options with you, including add-on services or a custom arrangement.

No Guarantee

Skepsis Legal will provide the services included in your plan as described above, but legal outcomes are never guaranteed. Certain tools or third-party services (including lawsuit monitoring) may have limitations and are not guaranteed to capture every event or filing.

Term + Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in Business Complete™, you are signing up for a minimum 12-month term. During that initial term, your subscription cannot be canceled except as allowed by the terms of your Legal Services Agreement (“LSA”). After the initial term, you may cancel with notice as described in our terms and conditions.

You add additional scope to your subscription at any time. If you cancel after your initial term, compliance items already in progress may be completed or billed separately depending on timing and scope.
